    * Focus, on individual customers, at all levels of our business
    * A structured process for review and improvement

 

Our development program is expected to run continuously, following the cycle shown opposite.

 

Our starting point is to evaluate your perceptions of our business - what we do well . and what we could do better.

 

This evaluation will take the form of audits and surveys, which will focus our improvement activities and allow us to measure their effectiveness.
